the central has a great location, close to many attractions. the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. the en suite double room was decent, and it felt good to have my own space. i loved the cleanliness of the shared facilities and the convenient amenities nearby, which made my solo stay comfortable.

the bed was comfy enough for a solo traveler, and the shower was nice n hot! had plenty of space for storing my stuff, and it was great to have a microwave and fridge even tho i didn't use them. the location was super central which made it easy to explore the area. the reception guy was really helpful and made check-in smooth.

It was just a nice choice for a getaway in Cheltenham with extraordinarily good value for money. Parking was easy, which made things convenient. Consider bringing your own fan if you’re sensitive to heat.

Parking is a right faff! Misleading info on free parking made it a hassle to find a spot after a long, wet trek. Just your luck to slog it in the rain when all the spaces are full.

Misleading information about parking availability!!! The outdated décor and peeling wallpaper are quite disappointing. A kettle that smokes is a definite no-go!!! The room could use better lighting and attention to shower drainage!!!

I had a great stay in a cozy and comfortable room, and the hotel's location made it incredibly easy to stroll through beautiful parks like Pittville Park and visit attractions such as the Neptune Fountain, both of which are just a short walk away.

Friendly stay with good location

Had a decent stay for 1 night. The staff were super nice and helped us find parking, which was cool. The room had all the basics—kettle and microwave made it easy for late-night snacks! But, man, the carpet felt pretty old and dirty. Wouldn't mind coming back if I needed a place to crash in the area.

I stayed in an En Suite Twin Room for one night. The room was clean and had a decent bathroom. It wasn’t super spacious, but it worked for a quick stay. The issue during the night with the woman trying to get into our room was unsettling, but the staff handled it quickly. Not a luxury place, but adequate for what I needed.
